The 100 Mile Cookie was developed during early Saturday morning baking experiments initiated by a creative 5 yr old (Reese) and guided by an injured runner-dad (Adam). After intense ingredient negotiations, we think we threaded the needle in cookie creation and ended up with an "ultra" tasty cookie (bad dad joke) that is still far enough on the healthy side of the food spectrum to meet athletes' preferences.
We developed the 100 Mile Bar to be your on-the-go companion. The bar is different from the cookie in that it is gluten-free and made with peanut butter. It's a serious dose of fuel! Great for before or after runs - not good for sitting on the couch and doing nothing!
